I read on this website something relating to lack of sleep. I have been trying to find it again & cannot. Can anyboby help me locate this page. The condition was called "noc..." something. It involved people with diabetes losing sleep because of having to keep using the toilet at night. I need help as on average I am getting 6hours undisturbed sleep per week & it's getting me down. Can anyone out there guide me to that page? It would be such a blessing.
