Hey @Shazzle80Hey folks
Can anyone recommend a type 1 friendly sleep aid. I've had a few months where my sleeps been interrupted for one reason or another and it's impacting on my mood and how quickly I become frustrated. I've started to feel low and think if I could kick start my sleeping routine with a bit of help I'll soon be back in the swing of it.

I am forever hot in bed!!! High or low sugars!!!I have irratic sleep patterns. The usual lavender in the pillow and relaxing bath before bed helps me but dark room at the correct temperature helps me the most. Sweating in sleep can be a sign of somogyi effect through the night. Libre would be a good identifier.
Higher bgs make me warmer, in bed. You?
I agree with all of the above but will say i used Nytol when I was really struggling to sleep last year - basically a lot on my mind and not able to switch off. Only took them a few nights (they worked!) and I can't recall the effect, if any, on my BS.
