Slightly confused... Help please

Spicy food which is too hot. Nasty people who have no idea on your life journey but feel the need to comment and be cruel.
Every week since the summer have lost weight.
However since last week put on, only ounces but am pretty confused as to how.
Eat Keto/ very low carb.
Is it the cheese, yet other weeks have and also cream cheese and have lost. In fact three weeks ago lost over 2lbs.
Now I am cold, flat is taking until early evening, if lucky to warm up. Sitting here with goosebumps some of the time.
Does anyone know what I need to do to keep losing.
Up fat?
Sugars all down...lol
 
Weight loss and gain is rarely a stright line graph..I often had plateaus and regains but provided the overall trend was correct I never worried about it.
Your sugars are what you are wanting to control I looked at weight loss as a side benefit of achieving that.
I certainly wouldn't be stressing over a few ounces (who has a scale that accurate anyway?).

You probably are feeling a bit colder due to the weight loss too. So a good but inconvenient side effect!

Ha Ha thanks for that. I have a new pair of scales which seen creepily accurate. Never had one do the ounces before. I weight same time same place every week. :-)

I weigh every day and see some odd ups and downs ... mine does mainly whole pounds with a decimal which I've never bothered to work out the ounces from!
 
But if you want to kick start weight loss and you're on a long stall (months not days) then I found a bit of fasting helped.
I started out at 1 day then built up to eventually doing 7 day fasts.
Although I'l admit I haven't done one of those for some years..tempted to start 2023 with one though as the pounds have been slowly creeping back on.

I find fasting very difficult. I try to do 16/8 a number of days a week. Can't seem to managed it every day. As for longer, I just feel in a panic. I have tried to get longer times in between eating and two meals a day.
