Many, many thanks for everyone who replied to my 1st post, your messages helped A LOT. After a good nights sleep I came out ready for a fight. Have started gathering info. & questions for my 1st appointment with the nurse (especially diet stuff) and have now lost (my first?) 1/2 a stone. My husband (who it turns out has actually been looking up type 2 info. at work) has bought me the most beautiful flowers. What a difference 24 hours makes. Thanks again XXX
