slow cooker recipes ?

Hi there does anyone have any good slow cooker recipes to share? I was thinking lean pork/lamb/beef in the pot with some veggies & maybe lentils or beans then serve with lots of steamed veggies, does this sound about right, is it ok to use stock cubes?

I have just google low carb slow cooker recipes or (crock pot in USA) - there are lots of sites with some great recipes - abd stock cubes are fine - I often have an oxo as a drink in the evening - sorts out those "mouth hungry" times :lol:
