So, recently my blood sugars drop very quickly less than an hour after dosing. I'm forced to correct to avoid going hypo, because I don't want my liver to do it for me. I've gone from injecting 10-15 mins before to having to inject at least 20 mins after starting to eat. And even then my blood sugar barely rises at all, before the inevitable drop again. And of course when I correct with between 6-9g of carbs, eventually hours later I will start to rise, and rise, and rise. Until I'm at the level I was before (it's worth nothing that I'm correcting in in each meal in this picture, but the correction is cancelled out by the extra sugar I need when I'm going low. Why on earth is this happening!?

It's also worth noting my Libre reads around 20% higher than my actual blood sugar at all times, and I may still be in my honeymoon period. Was only diagnosed about 4 months ago.

Hi @SamElliott1997 I think you have answered your own question here - look like the honeymoon is impacting on your control, as you are newly diagnosed, so you are eating then your pancreas is still pumping out some insulin, as we cannot give advice on changing your novorapid you will need to speak to your DSN in the morning and do an adjustment on your carb/insulin doses. It does mean continuing the use of the libre to observe patterns as inevitably at some point the honeymoon will die off so at least at that point it will be much easier and more predictable to do your bolus calculations.
