Hi all, quick question.
For folks that have experienced small fiber neuropathy, did a symptom of the burning of feet and/or toes include redness and warmth?
If your soles felt like they were burning, were they red and warm too?
I have that in my 2 big toes only. They both get red on the outer side and warm for a few hours unless I get up a move.
Actually putting my feet up hurts more as when I’m relaxed it’s starts to hurt.
Walking and using feet alleviates the pain almost immediately. Cold water also helps.
