A lot of us have found that food is best eaten rather than drunk and fruit isn't that great if trying to low carb for T2.Any recipes anyone

I find the peanut butter negates any potential spike in BS levels.I suspect that depends on who is tasting it - knowing that in a few minutes my glucose would be high and I would be feeling low is really off putting.
