This recipe should be useful for grab & go & lunch boxes.

If you want a quick hot b'fast, 1 minute in the m/w & splurge with ketchup.

The recipe thread linked indicates the variations that can be used. I include ground almonds, but if you want it nut-free, use e.g. wheat germ. The original recipe included oatmeal, so making a savoury flapjack.
 
i`ve read thru regarding the snacks bar list.but i`ve suggestion its better having a muesli or quarts instead so its a fast grab and its easier to bring any where instead..Have A good DAy... :mrgreen:
 
Hi mirziana,

I think youv'e missed Ian's point. His snack bar is very low in carbs so won't spike your blood sugar. Muesli is very high in carbs. It might be quicker but the price you pay for the convenience is high blood sugars.
