Snack

Clair,

Leave well alone the diabetic foods and stick to low-fat foods wherever possible for your long-term health. Try looking at your meals and see if you can bulk it up with extra veg or salad seeing you are following the low-carb diet, i never get hungry between meals and don't snack so perhaps others may advise you on appropriate snacks to choose.

I hate to say this, as you seem to be going for low fat, but fat and protein keep you fuller for longer. Try cold meats, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, maybe a few nuts.

Cugila does low fat/low carb, so he will be able to advise you better than I can. I'm sure he'll be along soon!
