Sugar free jelly is a hit, with raspberries, blueberries or strawberries. Also salted almonds, cashews or walnuts. Give them a try- my girl never had them until last month and loves them now. She wasn't so keen on the unsalted almonds. Popcorn. Sainsburys do a multipack of different flavours- each small pack is only around 5 carbs. Cheese, cucumber, mini pepparami's. The petit filious are 6g for the small pot. Angel delight, I use a very small amount and whisk with milk. 100ml semi skimmed milk is 5g. May also grate a square of chocolate which she likes - a square is around 2g. There is frozen type of yoghurt which tastes like ice cream - think its called Moo? The carb value is good on that for a desert. We've had that once. Don't really shop for diabetic foods but my girl likes the diabetic shortbread from Boots. I try not to go above 10g carb as a snack as it really increases her BG. Some crisps eg Sainsburys cheese puffs are 10.6 a packet I think.
