so annoyed with so called doctors and nurses

I came in to hospital over 5hpurs ago with high blood sugar and i am sitting attached to a heart machine i have no heart problems but still not had a dose of insulin i badly need the toilet and need a drink as diabetics know i have sat 2hours since my last little cup of water needing the toilet but dont Have a buzzer to press what the hell am ient to do

Hi yep i did one nurse gad to fight for me to get some inculin my bloods sugars shot all the way up to 41.1 with no inculin and then the doctor told me i didnt need any cos i have no ketons but i said will i not develop ketons wich i did but getting berter
