So bloated!!

Hi all, just a question
I’m 30 weeks pregnant now, but every time I eat I feel so bloated and uncomfortable.... is there anything I can do? And is this normal?!!

Perfectly normal baby is taking up all the space! You’ll prob find you struggle to eat much now until baby drops right near the end! x
