Fried egg and turkey was breakfast. Broccoli was lunch. Full fat Greek yogurt A handful of ham and a cheese string. Just finished a 3 mile walk. 5 x 500ml bottle water. So far

NO carb cravings
sleep well im up 5 times a night lol P
I have a wee headache the now
But defo feeling a lot better
ive also had 2 filter coffee with full fat single cream
The headache could be because of the heat. They always say drink more than you think you need when on low carb. Then add in this heat, and I'm trying to drink continually!
And there's no shame in taking a pain killer for the headache. It should disappear after a few days.
