so down

hi thanks Morganator
we do have care in place and one of problems s that My wife isn't that happy with all the time, I am a little more understanding as I work with adults with learning disabilities so I know the limit to what they can do
the other problem is they only do 30min visits so not enough time some days. we have uped the care they give to try and help but my wife is conscious of days when he has a lot of time alone as we both work and need to full time
to be honest my involvement is getting less not because I don't want to but because we have got more in place to help
So I do know now is my time to get back on track. hopefully

Hi Pete you are allowed to feel down it's allowed also it's good to share how you feel.
I don't believe harsh replies were needed at all, none of us know when we will feel in need for some support for what ever reason....we all have different reasons.

Take care of yourself and I wish you all the best and hope things improve for you soon tc Kat x

Im rooting for you pete, i dont have half your problems but i feel very down some days. Trying to get to grips and keep tight hold of everything that goes with t2 seems dome days insurmountable. And other days its a breeze. I guess that emotional roller coaster is yet another thing we have to get used to. I told my DN was feeling down and she told me im being too hard on myself and i need carbs to balance myself! Oh and if im not careful i will lose all my muscle.... Confused. You have plenty of advice here... If u want mine. Take one day at a time :)
