So, the gym, finally going to use it

    Thanks. I feel a little less guilty now. Yes I blast the radio out with funky tunes for the housework sometimes. Must do it more. I get you with the pre menopause issues

    Possibly help the knees but trampolines have their own undignified issues for mums who’ve birthed 3 huge babies !! :0

    But yes a softer surface does help joints
