Hi. I’m so unhappy now. I got my test results 95mmll.
I was having a pre Assesment at hospital for a molar extraction as my dentist can’t do it.
So the nurse told me the hospital won’t do it either Because of my results.

I wish I could do the low carb diet.
I have suffered with Ulcerative Colitis for 28 yrs so I find some diet foods can upset me.
I was warned 8 yrs ago if I have a bad flare up again they will remove all my bowel.

I really want to try the low carb thing but I’m afraid of getting ill again. So I’m just scared really.

Sounds like an awful experience all round. Hug.
Do you test your own sugar levels? That will help you adjust your tier, small changes may help sugars without affecting other conditions.
What do you currently eat and what can you not eat at all?
