Social care cuts plan is unlawful

Birmingham Council seem to lead the way in getting themselves in to trouble......they seem to be first for many tribunals and court cases.

I know our council are trying to close down OAP homes, day centres etc....such a **** shame that the less fortunate are being penalised for the rich bankers mistakes.....

I really hope that some government and councils will some day play fair to all.
