My partner finds that coke is the only thing that gets her sugar level back up quickly, but she is thinking of a drink with same sugar levels but not fizzy, does anyone have any suggestions what she could drink please
Thanks

Hi,

Non-fizzy alernatives are lucozade, powerade, gatorade, fruit juices, milk shakes. Go to any wh smith, boots, tesco, asda, sainsburys, aldi, lidl, spar, waitrose, pumpkin, coffee republic, costa, starbucks, marks and spencer, cost cutter, corner shop, co operative and look in their soft drinks section. Select a coke and compare the carbohydrates (of which are sugar) levels and make a decision between what drink you most enjoy and which has the nearest values. It's dead easy and you can do it absolutely free. The beauty of these baby's is that they have screwtop lids, so can be kept in the frisge and won't lose any of its integrity. Had you seriously never considered another sugary alternative or do they only only sell coca cola where you live and you were thinking of mail-ordering some alien beverage through amazon and were unsure what else is on the market?
