I agree with the previous posters. The parent company is simply a commercial market research company and the "Patients Voice" might sound like a campaigning body but is just a front that allows them to sign up people who are willing to be contacted for market research purposes. It doesn't actually offer it's members anything other than a space where they can post their comments.
