Hi all, some will have seen some posts and comments from me concerning post-Covid recovery, Type 2 and a diet and exercise programme.
Today I received a text from my Doctor’s surgery to the effect that my latest blood test showed an HbA1c of 40, so I am to stop taking Gliclazide and have another blood test in November.
This will make me meds-free, and I plan to use those 3 months to continue losing weight, building muscle and testing 6 times a day.
Thanks for all the advice, both direct and also in general on this forum which, together with my PT have made a noticable transformation possible.
    Thank you all.
