Amazon is the normal place to get it from.Reading other forums it seems as if a 5th edition is now out for this book and the price has gone through the roof for it.
So my advice would be to try your local library or see if any 2nd hand for sale. (4th edition that is)
The book is worth it's weight in gold and known as the pumpers Bible.
