1) I have read recently (dont know who wrote it and this is not a quote) that the Fasting Blood levels are harder to bring down then the before and after food ones!!
I am asking because my morning one are still a little higher, at times/very often morning fasting one is higher then the night before. Is this because of "liver dump" of sugar?
I have only been diagnosed since early April 18 with a steady decrease of blood sugar readings, with all readings (before and after meals) ahem including some mistakes along the way. Over the weeks my sugar level very often creep into the green normal range. I am loosely following Low carb/Mediterranean way of eating.
2) Insulin resistance anyone got a basic answer.
Ps Many thanks to all on this forum as I have obtained a load of recipes/information/understanding on ways to make this work for me.
best wishes
