I used to get a spoon full of Nutella, and eat vanilla yoghurt at the same time. Put weight on though as the yoghurt was low fat.Eat a dollop straight off a spoon, it takes ages.

I have never seen <5% chocolate, although Woolies chocolate melts might come close at times.I still don't see a link of <5% chocolate...
I love these and have just made some today. Very satisfying!Found this https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/low-carb-chocolate-peanut-squares think may have been from here but look and sound easy and soooooooo good!
