Something's really bugging me

Get her to enrol on the next available DAFNE course :D
She gets really arsey if you correct her. If I said that she would get short and cut the appointment short. I know it sound like I have just taken a disliking but she speaks in a really dippy tone and seems a bit lazy. Like she says the same thing over and over to rectify a problem. Sometimes she says 'put the basal up' then the next time says 'I think you need to put that basal down' and then the next time say again 'that basal definitely needs to go up' I just ignore now.
I have to see her other wise they say I have DNA's and can discharge me from the service. I have asked for funding for a CGM and if I don't show I'm trying they won't and just say I am not making the effort and therefore don't deserve one. (I get a lot of hypos when I'm in range. Almost 3 daily. when I'm high the opposite happens, I just go up and up even after correcting.)

Like all professions there's good and bad, on the whole DSN's are nearly always helpful and provide good advice no matter what the problem.
