Hi, I have been diabetic for 40 years and have recently started to get very sore feet. Can anyone help or suggest anything?

Can you be a bit more detailed in your question please?
You'll get more input if you describe your pain, activity levels, age, complications (if any), diabetes type, etc.
You may have an ingrown toe nail or a broken foot from what you've described, both of those conditions fit your symptoms from the information given
