hi all, ive got type 2 and I've posted previously about gout like pains in my toes, happily that seems to have cleared up but now I've got severe aching in my feet. The balls the arches and the heels are constantly aching, sometimes quite severely making it very difficult to put weight on them.
Does anyone know if this could be diabetes related or could it be something separate?

Hi pedwarmerch, can you tell what your blood sugars are at the moment and what were they on diagnosis,

Hi, they're currently at 16 and were 28 on diagnosis, approx 2 years ago.

Hi, Clivethedrive I made a mistake my readings are currently 12 not 16, don't know if that makes a difference, cheers.

Well it's better than 16the most important thing is to get those levels down to amore normal 5% range, then try to maintain them at that level,so nice and steady reduction of your bs's and you will see great improvement . And what about your current eating?
