Looking for the best VLC cuppa soups - anybody got suggestions? Bearing in mind I know home made from scratch is better and I have done that for many years, but just now I've not got the energy to cook at all.
I quite like Batchelors or Knorr soups though, but not sire which ones are lower carb..I find all the processed ones too yucky.
Try marmite or bovril or powered stock (Marigold is good) instead
The nutrition information should be on the packetI quite like Batchelors or Knorr soups though, but not sire which ones are lower carb..
Are you looking very low carb (because in the low carb forum) or very low calorie (because VLC usually is an abbreviation of low calorie)?Looking for the best VLC cuppa soups
Either way, a stock cube works very well for a warm, salty, soupy kick, I like the vegetarian herbs variety best for a mug.Bearing in mind I know home made from scratch is better and I have done that for many years, but just now I've not got the energy to cook at all.
