Spare Omnipods

My first suggestion would be to ask your diabetes clinic, followed by your pharmacy.
(Forum rules don't allow you to donate or sell goods to other forumites here, though facebook or other social media might be an option.)
You could also try contacting this organisation, though I suspect they won't be interested in omnipods

And of course you could ask omnipod whether they know if anyone who will accept them as donations. (I believe you'd have no difficulty in finding a charity to accept them in the US, due to their medical funding system.)

if no joy from above then could try either call or email the independant diabetes trust, see https://www.iddt.org/here-to-help/contact-us/ they may have some suggestions. insulin for life's uk equivilent.
