Spikes after evening meal

I inject apidra before my meals and toujeo at 11pm, unfortunately my BS often spikes in the evening and takes 3+ hours to go below 180 mg/dL. My hba1c is 6.4, , should I change my evening bolus?
 
Hi @jaelro and welcome to the forum. As medication is generally varied according to individual circumstances and needs, we are not able to offer advice on insulin dose changes. Or indeed any prescribed medications. Please refer back to your health team for this.
 
Hello and welcome to the forum @jaelro How long before your evening meal do you inject apidra, and does your blood sugar come down to the level you want it to at 4 hours post meal?
