How much splenda do you use per teaspoon of sugar in a recipe ?

From the Splenda website:

"SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener is lighter in weight but measures and sweetens spoon-for-spoon like sugar. One SPLENDA® Tablet has the equivalent sweetness of one 5g teaspoon of sugar."

I got mine in a poly bag from a neighbour, no writing ! But thats great I didnt know they had a site, thanks.

Sometimes it is better to add to taste where you can as it can be really over sweet - especially if your recipe is from USA. :shock:
