Now I am back home after my operation I have to exercise every day so do you mind if I join you ?i am only able to do short walks on my Zimmer frame at moment but will do it 5 times a day as I really want to get back to normal.

@connie104 , it won't work. @Jamrox has built in radar to detect any skiving.You have been a good friend so I will do my best and try and create a diversion when you go on the missing list as long as you don't go for too long xx

Pipp this one is huge for me. I hate getting my face wet . My daughter is making an effort so I ll do it ....help lol

My return to exercise didn't go too well. I decided to take the dog out, got 5 minutes down the road and it started raining. I thought a bit of rain won't hurt and persuaded hubby to carry on. It was getting heavier and after another 5 minutes it was torrential so we decided to turn back. I turned round and the dog came running up behind me, straight into my legs and I ended up on my back on the floor. I fell on my left wrist, arm and hip. Luckily I don't think anything is broken but it doesn't half hurt and I imagine tomorrow will be worse.

This morning I went out at 5.30. It was beautiful, chilly and my arms, hands and face were cold.....just how I like it. I walked for 45 minutes
