Start without you ?
Nay, nay, a thousand times nay !If you look verrrrry carefully, you will spot the coded messages in various threads that outlined a cunning plan to spring you from the slammer by concealing a saw inside your daily ration of (medicinal purposes only - can't have the addicts rioting !) Jelly.
The code word "exercise " referred to plans to get the jelly across the exercise yard, whilst Scandi et al distracted the guards by posing as an exotic ethnic dance troupe performing in their nighties.
References to the "bike" disguised an acronym for Break Inside (get) Key, Enter " (BIKE).
You may have noticed that "Drogba" is not a usual word found in conversation - This too is code ,for " Drop. Run, Over Gate, Breakout Andy " AKA "Plan C"
As it happens, none of this has been necessary, as you got yourself out, and I for one am glad of it
Welcome back!

That's really good news about Harry. I am thrilled too. Good walking too Pollylocks,....your dentist's very lucky zand, there aren't many people who like them...
...very pleased today as Harry the ginger moggie who belongs to me and my daughter [long story, basically he's hers now as I moved to a flat] has been declared cancer free...they were convinced he had mouth cancer, no biopsy [£800 if results were negative, as insurance wouldn't pay out] but given 3 months to live.....6 months later he's very alive and kicking and tuned out to be a nasty allergy, growth virtually gone, the lovely vet was genuinely thrilled...
...all of which turned my lunchtime walk into a much faster one, it spurred me on, think I covered much more than usual in the 45 minutes...[where's the thumbs up smiley]

Lovely day here today, 2 x 10 minutes on rower to burn off breakfast and dinner, plus 40 minute walk in the afternoon. Up at 5 in the morning to get train to London for meeting, will try and walk instead of the last tube stop.
Your post makes me want to take a shower. Asda has got source shower gel on offer. Bought vanilla and raspberry to try and the smell is heavenly. Smells like strawberry milkshake. Note to self: do not eat! Just got into bed and I can smell it. We have the coconut one but the raspberry one is my fave!I had natural yoghurt , raspberries and some new seed mix from Aldi ...stomach is making the strangest noises , I think I might be about to regret the seeds .....haha

OK, having been in hospital all day, can I count the walk from the hospital to the car park and up the steps to the 3rd floor as 5 mins and then a walk round Tesco to get something easy for family's evening meal as another 5 mins please.?
