Does anyone have any experience of taking St Johns Wort for depression? Would be interested to know if it was effective and what effect it had on levels. Am struggling to find any info online that isn't only talking about e.g. T2D and drug interactions etc. Thanks

- rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
my husband suffers from depression and the phamacey said not to take them with the meds for what reason im unsure but ask them first x

- Speeding drivers, they put us all in danger. Guitar players with sqeaky fingers. All i can hear is the **** sqeaks and I turn off.
I used to take them but I had very strange dreams. Can't take them now with the meds I'm on. Did they help? Not sure, nothing dramatic anyway.
