Statans

The irony is that being on statins could push someone who is pre-diabetic into the diabetic range. Sad
 
I think although a person maybe on Statins you may have to just try harder to keep glucose levels in check, the benefits of taking
A statin that is suitable for you is worth the effort. I can only speak from personal experience and would not like to suggest
What is OK for me is OK for anybody else.
 
I was on Atorvastatin, then Simvastatin, but the side effects were gross.
Now I take Rosuvastatin, which at least doesn't affect me adversely.
Never knew statins affected blood sugar, though.
I've stopped using one or two of my tablets, even though they were prescribed, purely because of the real possibility of interaction between some of them.
