Stem Cell treatments?

Anyone any knowledge or experience of stem cell treatments seem to be available for around £12k in numerous places abroad would appreciate any advice as I dont think they do this in the UK and I believe that this treatment is very succesfull.
 
Stem cell treatments, for what @Wirral? They are used as treatment for many different maladies but only in certain illnesses here in UK
