Step into Spring

I saw this and felt smug because we are doing 30 minutes most days

Rushing around Edinburgh enroute to Rugby then it will be straight home .

so far I've hoovered the old dairy- it was a lot of overhead vacuuming as it looked like a herd of spiders had taken up residence. Will have to go in with big duster as vacuum was getting bunged. Then hoovered stairs, hall , kitchen, washed kitchen floor and made two beds up. Next is washing bathroom floor and maybe 15 mins peddling to relax.

I'm tired reading this lol

Yesterday I was out walking for most of the day but at a snails pace as I had my elderly parents and a three year old with me.
This morning my friend came round early for me and we went for a walk around the woods.. We're walking for an hour and 15 mins.

25 minutes peddling. Am now stretching out listening to rubbish tunes, I may not move for rest of day.

Did another ten minutes after dinner and some sit ups. Pub quiz tomorrow so banking some extra.

Walked around where I work today , quite hilly and walked up the stairs a couple of times

Hi, remember me? I 'm feeling much better mentally, physically and emotionally now. I've been struggling since November. I'm back now and walked for 15 minutes today, I wasn't breathing well so I stopped. I'm hoping to get back to full fitness soon. No more skiving

It's your fav' exercise " walking" , is your daughter ok now?

I got a fitbit flex for christmas and since January i have been out walking every lunchtime, for about 30 mins, walk the dog when i get home, so all in all walking about 5k-6k a day, including the weekend, and things are starting to feel looser, hopefully get back to jogging by April and hit my goal of running a 10k run by Christmas.

I'm starting with 15 minutes walking to get me used to being more active again. So I did that this morning before it started raining.

I've been very lazy lately. Will be back on the bike tonight! I'm gonna be a bridesmaid in Aug. Don't want to be the fat one next to the skinny one!
