Step up for Santa

Had a go on my son in law's mini stepper yesterday, back of my knees are aching today but did a long walk at lunchtime as not sure if tomorrow will be do-able if we get the tail end of the hurricane we keep being told we're getting tomorrow ... so it could be indoor stuff..

@Jamrox the body blade is mine, not used it much lately though..
 
Does going for a wee a zillion times a day count? lol I so wish I could do some exercise but with knackered knees, lower back pain, RSI, arthritis in collar bones & sternum, getting to the loo is an effort atm!

But I am with you all in spirit

Swing ball in garden with girls.weeding and allotment yesterday..lazy day today with weather so I may go on the wee
 
Well I spent 30 mins on the wii last night dancing to Michael Jackson, and a bit of Country dancing. I think I'm going to like the Country dancing one as I actually have a chance to learn those moves. My arms are aching today.
 

It counts if you are moving back and forwards to the loo a lot ....might be better to get checked for a urine infection though.

Ive walked a lot at work but decided not to count it and make today a rest day (1).

Had chicken curry and cauliflower at work at lunchtime ..realised now that I don't need rice at all , it was great. #the future.
 
Wind here in the northwest is terrible .
Lashing down with rain too .

Not done much today as so very cold and wet outdoors .

Tomorrow - is another day though

Anyway did my 30 on numb bum machine and cross trainer . Had a short walk at lunchtime but to short to mention.
 
Day off yesterday though did do about 20 minutes walking. Today will be 15 mins walk and rest on bike after dinner.

I had a day off yesterday too. I had an osteopath apointment first thing in the morning so hubby took the dog out as he wasn't working till the afternoon. Back to dog walking today though...
 
After months of doing it every day part of me feels guilty when I am on a rest day ....the other part absolutely loves it lol.
Still usually in the winter I fall back to lazy so quite pleased im doing something .
Today was 36 minutes between cross trainer and numb bum machine .
 
I'm asuming turning pages of book don't count lol ok I'll do some cleaning
 
Well tues and wed I was lazy. But yesterday I spent 30-40 mins in the warehouse where I work(in the office), packing duvet boxes. And today I have already done at least 40 mins out there, will prob go help some more this afternoon. Just reminds me how unfit I am.
 
OK, just done about 2 hours in the warehouse packing this afternoon and have a bad feeling I may not be moving far tomorrow!!!! I ache all over!!!! Back Massage anyone ??????
 
Did 26 mins on bike last night so yesterday covered.
Today might turn out to be a rest day depending on how quickly I get dinner cooked and eaten.
