Ok....I had been thinking about this too, more so as I soon have a few months break from work! I'm going to be relying on putting my music on and doing some dancing around in the privacy of my room, a few calenetic exercises I remember from years back, and I really want to get an exercise bike again so that could be my "end of season/early Christmas present to myself !!
So, I'm In - bring it on Monday !!

Count me in. I've bought a stepper so that i can do exercise indoors if the weather is bad. Thanks for the initiative. :-)

Are you ready .... lets get active and be healthier for Santa.
Don't think about lbs think about feeling better , think about controlling Diabetes rather than it controlling you.

During other challenges we have done people have been very inventive.
Please remember its about being more active and we will all know our own levels.
Some examples of being active.

*Walk for half an hour .

Been in London this weekend with the family, so lots of walking, eating and drinking (red wine in my case). No problem finding low carb foods, Italian places have antipasti platters and I had a really nice Turkish cheese/scrambled egg/pepper omellety thing for breakfast yesterday. Even a decent Mexican fast food lunch at Barburritos in Paddintgon before the train.

Edwin Smith's photo exhibition at the RIBA highly recommended, and we also went on the Emirates cable car thingy across the Thames by the dome - good fun.

But back to the grind now <sigh>.

I'm in, I'm very lazy and need some motivation. I have just bought 2 new wii dance games to try and encourage me to get with it. Also I now have more space since getting rid of a sofa. So tonight wii dancing to michael jackson, also have a country dancing one. I quite like the wii fit boxing so will start that up by the weekend. May need to ease into it slowly.

Off to Lakeside and Ikea one day next week for a spot of christmas shopping too.

Sanguine im hungry now lol

Ooh Lenny I forgot about the Wii I need to get it out for when its really cold.
Welcome.

And we are off.
20 minutes on numb bum garage machine aka exercise bike.
10 minutes on cross trainer. The weather here is strange. Calm before the storm I think.
