i have been on steriods for years due to immune disorder, my sugars are always elevated because of this and cos I struggle with depression, currently my level is 100, and I need to get it to 50, so have started to try low/zero carb, as I have just been diagnosed with retinopathy. I take humalog, toujeo and Trulicity. Any inspiration advice greatly appreciated x

As you are on insulin you need to be very careful on low carb. The fewer carbs you eat, the less insulin your body needs or you risk a hypo. Have you spoken with your doctor about this, and do you have any plans on how to do this safely?
