Stevia is a better source of sweetness for diabetics as nil impact on BS
Truvia is one of the main commercial blends available but there are concerns around about it

I don't like the taste of truvia or some of the production methods / ingredients
I bought this fro amazon as an alternative - expensive, but 1 drop is fine for a mug of tea without any aftertaste or the cloying sweetness you get with some alternatives to sweeteners

I also got this as an alternative to use in baking - havnt tried it yet but the reviews look encouraging
