Still coming to terms with type 2

I have been diagnosed as a type 2 suffer for just over a year now, I'm still coming to terms with it. I have had the sytmptoms for years and ignored them, I was only diagnosed when I went to register at a new doctors.

I have only just started to use this site and hope I can find answers to the many questions I still have.

Im 42 and live in london.
