Still having hypos

Had a breakfast of 4 weetabix and slice of toast as away this weekend. Had 4 units of novorapid as always.

Sugars were 5.9 before breakfast and waited 15 minutes to eat after I had taken my insulin.
After two hours they were 6.5.
I have just walked around the house/garden and sugars are 3.8 :(
Need to reduce my basal more? It's currently 12 lantus at night time.
 
Try 3 units tomorrow and see if stops the low bg levels, but if you want do a basal check by missing your breakfast (and bolus dose) and see if your bg drops as the morning progresses, if it does then your basal dose will need adjusting, best that you ask for DSN's input if your unsure about adjusting your own insulin doses.
