Hello All
I had some bothersome scar tissue removed on Wednesday & now have a few stitches. I expected my blood sugars would go up due to the stress (I'm a wuss) & pain which they duly did that evening but the following day they seemed to run a bit lower than usual. Goodo I thought, that's that out of the way but today they are running a bit higher than usual - only half a mmol/L or thereabouts but still higher than I'd normally get with the same foods.
Is it normal for sugars to go up & down & up again like that when you've had a medical procedure?
Thanks
safi
