I had 4 squares of dairy milk before I left home to walk to work this morning to stop me from going low! And I now have stomach cramps! And also got worst after having cereal!! Any ideas of what it could be? I have Doctors Monday but just wanted a rough idea! x
Thank you I will doHi ask to be tested for Coeliac disease, as one of the symptoms I had was upper abdominal pain. Also lactose intolerance. But best to get it checked out by your GP so you can get a proper diagnosis if there is anything wrong that needs medical attention. Best wishes and good luck with your appointment.

I just went to the toilet and it is a bit better but the pain sort of travelled up my body if that makes sense! I might see if I can get an appointment tonight! im too scared to eat now!Hopefully the pain will pass. If you can, try and keep a diary of the foods you eat and when you have stomach cramps, it will help the GP if you take along the days foods and symptoms. x

Possible early morning liver dump (pizza bread don't do no favours with the spikes & lows.)
Then some weird digestive thing with the bile in the upper intestine while the liver was busy..?
I read somewhere tomatoes sometimes don't help the gut either..?
... Then there is all that cheeeeeeeese..!??
Seriously keep a close eye on the sugars.. It maybe one on those roller coaster days...!
