Stomach Pain and Low Blood Sugar

For a couple of days I have been getting really bad pains in my stomach. It woke me up last night and is making me feel terrine. I had a couple of vodkas yesterday, but have never experienced this pain from drinking before. When it started I was also struggling to keep my sugar up even though I had reduced my insulin and only had 8 units to cover the whole day. Today has been similar.

Probably unrelated to diabetes, but just wondering if anyone had experienced unusual lows with stomach pain?

Thanks x

Not stomach pain as such, but stomach problems in general can lead to lows, if for some reason you are not digesting properly. Then your insulin has nothing to work against, and you can go low.
