First of all big thanks for everyone here.
Had been on LCHF for months.
Unfortunately last month I caught stomach ulcers since then I stopped the diet, and started to have honey and Starches my wight went Up and the RH returned.
I don’t think it’s from h pylori. maybe form the diet and smoking!
Is there any chance I can return to LCHF again with my stomach ulcers.
Stomach ulcers are not caused by diet - you need to see a doctor to get them treated, as the longer you leave them the worse they can get and the longer to heal them.

I believe you have been caught up in a catch 22 situation.
The low carb, the smoking irritates the ulcers.
The meds will also probably not give you control.
Eating higher starch and particularly the honey will have your blood glucose levels up and down exacerbating the RH!
You need to get a definitive diagnosis of what those ulcers are and the proper treatment for it, then treat the RH. Or eat low carb to get control and suffer with the ulcers!
Experiment with salads, some lean meat, no processed foods, try cooking from scratch, soups, stews, try eggs each way every way, some vegetables other than your usual suspects. There must be low carb that won't upset your ulcers and your blood glucose levels.
