Stopping smoking

firstly that is amazing weight loss and amazing you’ll be coming off your meds soon. I can only imagine how difficult that was and how much effort and determination went into it so well done you. Also I do feel for you with stopping smoking as you don’t have food to turn to or extra cups of tea. I believe though as you completely overhauled your lifestyle you’ll be able to do this too though. Be proud how far you’ve come! xx

Thank you for your kind words, it really means a lot ️ I know most stories I’ve read they all say food is the go too, you are right, I don’t have that I’m trying to just spur myself on by having lozenges, it takes away the craving for a while. today has been hard but I’m in bed now and know I’ve passed another day..maybe clean the door step like back in the day wonder why no ones does that anymore

have some good music lined up on your phone and when craving hits, dance away like you're a crazy lady.
You won't have the puff to smoke after and will fitter too win win
