All medications should be stored at temperatures of less than 25 deg. C . Some medications require to be in the fridge. It's always worth reading the labels to check storage instructions.

Hi Catherine,

I do store my vits in the kitchen, but I am aware that they do degrade once they have been opened. I take a high strength cod liver oil, and I was told that once you unscrew the top of the bottle, the oil starts to deteriorate, so for this reason I buy the smaller bottles, more expensive way of doing it, but I wish to reap the full benefits of the oil.
