Hi 67 years diagnosed type 2 7 years ago, reasonably good control experiencing hot flushes.... any advice ple? X
 
Hi there. Do the flushes come on after eating a carbier food? Or exertion? How is your blood pressure?

Hi, thanks for replying, they come on randomly.... after/during exertion mainly, sometimes before a meal!
